1. Walnut butter cake (Organic walnuts and ram raisins are mixed in buttered almond powder dough)
2. Ice Box Bread( The 1st fermentation is in the refrigerator. )
3. Myrtille (Custard cream and blueberrys are in yammy brioche dough)
4. Tofu cheese cake (no cheese is used to make this cheesecake. Strange? You'll be surprised to taste this tofu cake. Low calories)

Learn over 70 recipes throughout the three levels. There are many recipes here that you have never seen before, but soon after you learn you will love them for sure. All the ingredients are carefully chosen and they are all natural organic products. It is really rewarding experience to learn bread and dessert baking, because not only you and your family can enjoy a great taste of fresh bread and sweets, but take that as a gift to your friends instead of searching for that special bottle of wine or flowers,so they can enjoy it as well.All the tools are carefully selected, they are mainly from France and Japan.

Certificate Courses:
Students must begin studies at the Basic level.

Basic 1------------12 recipes 6 sessions $40+GST a menu
Intermediate 1,2, 3----12 recipes 6 sessions each . Total 36 recipes $42+GST a menu
Master1, 2------------12 recipes 6 sessions each. total 24 recipes $43+GST a menu
The fee includes ; Hands-On Instruction, Organic Ingredients, Recipe Books, A Binder, Tools, etc.
Taste own art work at the class room and take home what its left. Other Classes:
